Adam A. Blanco
Mr. Blanco is a seasoned international banker and entrepreneur with extensive business experience in Eurasia, Europe, and Latin America. He has held senior executive positions with Visa International, Dresdner Bank AG, Banco do Brasil, S.A. and economic development consulting firms contracted by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). He also launched and successfully exited from start-ups and has advised businesses on international strategy, medical device regulatory compliance, medical device manufacturing supply chains, capital raising, and private placements. He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida International University (concentration in capital markets and finance) and an MBA from IESE Business School – Universidad de Navarra (Barcelona, Spain). Mr. Blanco is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian.

Pan Hongjie
Mr. Hongjie is an international trade specialist providing supply chain solutions to multi-national companies. He performs vendor qualification, product quality reviews, cargo logistics, and materials sourcing. Mr. Hongjie has held positions with the Guangdong Commission of Foreign Economic Relations & Trade, Fujian Normal University, and as an entrepreneur assisted many companies establish trade relations in China. He holds a Bachelors Foreign Languages (English) from Xiamen University and a Masters in Applied Linguistics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
